Steve, their Sales Manager, sold me my previous, excellent vehicle and now my new one. Steve has extensive knowledge of the vehicles for sale, puts his clients at ease, is thorough and professional at all stages of purchase and aftercare. This made buying another vehicle from them a really good experience once again. His colleague Jo also made me feel very welcome from initial call and through the purchase, from my enquiry about the car, and subsequent calls, with the same assurance, knowledge and friendly way. Nothing is a problem, any questions are answered, however small. Their customer service and the whole process of buying from them is a good experience. I have many friends who also always go to Gimbletts, for their vehicles and highly recommend them, which was how I heard about them and glad they told me all those years ago as I now have another great car from them.
