I requested a test drive on a car at Alan gimblett cars. They contacted me back promptly and arranged a time/day. Right from the first phonecall with Steve it's was a good experience, when I arrived for the test drive I met the owner Alan who was brilliant and brought the car down. Steve them set me up for my test drive, making sure I was comfortable and explained the car to me. After the test drive I went back and we went through details etc. the customer service level Steve gave was fantastic. I didn't feel pressured into anything. No upsale of other items etc. I was able to feel at ease. When I had decided the car was for me the process was every easy and I had my car within a few days and we kept in contact throughout the whole process. Fast forward to me picking up the car again customer service was excellent and I drove away happy with the whole experience! I can see why this car garage has been around for so long! We have gone to Alan’s every few years for cars when we’re looking to upgrade and honestly can’t fault their service.
